Laura is an exceptional realtor whose wisdom, deep experience, talent, ability to work around challenges, and her honesty and candor garnered multiple offers on my home and a winning bid that was higher than I could have reasonably expected. She accomplished this by creatively addressing a few challenges on my home and property that other designers and a landscape architect were unable to meaningfully address. She also helped resolve a couple of permitting issues that had impeded putting my home on the market. But, even more than these, Laura’s wise counsel, her candor and impeccable honesty led me comfortably through the process of selling my home. She was always available to discuss my (sometimes neurotic) concerns, and allay my fears (or at least put them in perspective).
